Remember that the exercise doesn't have to be all at once. You can break it into 10-15 mins session throughout the day.

How to identify the extra calories that sneak in? By spending an extra time to write down everything you eat and drink. There are also lots of good online tools that help to estimate the calories content of foods.

Instead of "lose wight" which is too general, specifically write everything you can do to lose weight such as eating five servings of vegetables per day, taking a 15 minutes walk after lunch or drinking 6 classes of water per day.

5. Don't let anyone to discourage you
Don't throw your entire routine out the window after one bad day. Instead try to resolve the barriers and how to avoid in future.Such as to avoid eating too much of rice, drink one glass of water before starting your meal.
