Recently I attended few job interviews. From the interviews, I concluded that there are few favourite questions among all the companies. There are:

1. Introduce yourself

2. What I know about the company

3. Why I want to join the company

4. Past experiences

5. Short term and long term goals

6. Your strenght and weakness

7. Situational questions. e.g. what are your roles as the leader?

8. Biggest achievements in life

9. Biggest problem in your project and how do you solve the problem.

10. Relationship with other employees.
