Dukan Dieat stages:
Attack stages: Purely protein consumption phase.This phase can be from 3-10 days. It depends on how much you need to lose.In this stage you can have meat, ham, fish, seafood, and fat-free dairy products, tea coffee and lots of water.
Cruise Stage: You have more food in this stage. You can only have the every other day.The rest of the time is still protein intake.Consume all types of vegetables but careful to avoid these vegetables; potatoes, green beans, sweetcorn, peas, avocados, and lentils.
Consolidation Stage: Slowly introduce other food groups such as bread, rice, pasta, vegetable oils, ad butter. However protein is still foundation for diet.
Stabilization Stage: At this stage, you can get into your normal eating routine. This stage is about maintaining and not to loss weight, you can eat what you want for six days of the week and do all protein day on the seventh. This is how Dukun diet plan works.
